Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
This policy is strictly enforced for all appointments. By booking, you agree to the terms below.
Cancellations
All cancellations or reschedules must be made 48 hours in advance.
Anything less than 48 hours is a late cancellation and will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service.
No-Shows
Failing to arrive to your appointment with no notice results in a 100% charge of the service total.
After one no-show, you will lose the ability to book future appointments unless approved at the stylist’s discretion.
Last Minute/ Same Day Appointments
All last minute/ same-day bookings require a Squeeze-In Fee of $75 and are final. Any missed same-day appointment will be charged 100%.
Late Arrivals
There is a 10-minute grace period.
After 10 minutes, the appointment will need to be rescheduled or offered as a shortened service based on the stylist’s discretion.
If rescheduled, it is processed as a late cancellation (50% charge).
If serviced, the full service price still applies.
Card on File
A valid card is required to secure every appointment. If the card fails, the appointment may be canceled.
Deposits
ALL Services require a deposit are non-refundable. Deposits are forfeited if you cancel late or no-show. If rescheduling in the proper timeframe you are allowed to move your deposit 1x, if you reschedule again for the same appointment deposits forfeited and new deposit will be required for a new booking.
Booking Privileges
Clients with repeated violations (late cancels, no-shows, or failed payments) will be denied future bookings.
